Commercial Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover- up to 12 Months)

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings and travel for senior leaders
• Prepare briefings, reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
• Track sales and performance data to support commercial planning and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional projects such as product launches and trade campaigns
• Liaise with key customers, partners and industry organisations

• Experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator, ideally within FMCG or a commercial environment
• Exceptionally organised, proactive, and discreet
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
