This role will support admin tasks for the Managing Director and PA to Managing Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To obtain quotes for production equipment
· To maintain log of production related expenditure.
· To obtain quotes and to co-ordinate with external contractors while on site.
· To monitor energy use / meter readings & Invoices within factories & offices
· To record all insurance claims and settlements.
· To ensure costings are current and correct.
· To monitor and log all vehicle related issues.
· Manage all residential properties and liaise with residents as required.
· To liaise with shops and contractors regarding any repairs.
· Manage service & maintenance of all security systems.
· General administration duties as required, including managing travel arrangements.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience creating spreadsheets, managing data, and producing accurate reports to support office operations.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes and accurate documentation.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
· Skilled at managing multiple priorities, balancing administrative duties, scheduling, and task coordination in a fast-paced office environment.
