  • About The Role

  • An exciting opportunity has become available in our International Shipping team based in Aberlour House.  

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

    • Processing international orders and preparing documentation for despatching goods.

    • Ensuring regular communication with Despatch to keep customers up to date regarding orders.

    • Processing invoices and customs documentation.

    • Regularly liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient transition of information and provide best level of service.

    THE INDIVIDUAL

    • Methodical approach with attention to detail.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
    • Confidence in dealing with customers.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Previous experience in export/shipping would be preferred however is not essential as training will be given.
    34- 38 hours per week to be discussed at interview
