We have an exciting opportunity in our Elgin 1 Factory Team to be trained as a Machine Setter on a permanent, full-time basis. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply.
The Role:
Be present for first runs and to ensure that machinery is switched on, operational and maintained for use.
To identify the priorities from the Packing plan and set the machinery and line components to accurate specifications.
Carry out cleaning as per cleaning schedule to maintain high hygiene standards.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a food production environment, however, onsite training will be provided.
Team player.
Good eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Work well as part of a team and individually.
Proactive and physically fit.
