Packaging Artworker

This new position plays a pivotal part in creative design concepts and preparing final artwork in line with our Brand and legal requirements across our global markets. As part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, this position is ideal for an individual who has experience in an artwork role, with a strong understanding of print production processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• prepare accurate and press-ready artwork files for packaging, ensuring artwork is consistent and in-line with market specific requirements
• work alongside our internal partners to implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs and artworks
• set up, manage and maintain accurate artwork files and documentation for traceability and to supply to relevant stakeholders
• carry out proof checking prior to print, and check printers' proofs
• adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or format
• liaise with external printers and act as a point of contact for technical elements of the artwork
• keep up to date with the latest design trends, and packaging legislation
• work closely with NPD Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, as appropriate to the project
