Biscuit Factory Receptionist - Maternity Cover

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional service and ensuring the effective coordination of visits and day‑to‑day office activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain production administration systems, including production schedules, order updates, stock records, and usage reporting.
• Support workforce administration by managing attendance, absence records, holiday requests, payslip distribution, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate communication across departments by distributing production plans, quality assurance information, and operational reports.
• Provide administrative support to production management, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely completion of clerical tasks.
• Manage factory facilities and supplies, including locker allocation, swipe card records, and maintaining stocks of essential forms.
• General office admin including working on excel

We are looking for someone who is:

• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in administration and IT, particularly confident using Excel.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
